Online Credit/Debit Cards.
The primary & prefered method we receive orders is via our secure online shop.

How to place an order
Once you have chosen the items you wish to puchase click the 'shopping cart' symbol ,  then 'add to basket', you then have the option to 'Check Out' or 'Continue Shopping'. Once you  'Check out' & select your delivery method you will be taken to the secure Globecarge order details page. This is where you enter your contact details including both your Billing Address and your Delivery Address if different.
At this stage you have the opportunity to enter any special requests or notes in the 'Your Notice To Us' section.
Next you will be asked to fill in your card details on the secure 'Protx  page - Your card details are never visible to us, they are held on the Protx secure server.

The Protx Secure Payments system incorporates the MasterCard "MasterCard SecureCode" and Visa "Verified by Visa" security systems. These security systems are the next generation in combating credit card fraud. When you enter your card details, a pop-up box will appear from your bank asking you for your password.

If you do not enter the correct password, no authorisation will be given for your purchase, making credit card fraud virtually impossible.

If you have not already signed up for this feature but would like to, you will have the option to sign up as you are entering your details or clickHERE for Visa credit card holders or HERE for MasterCard credit card holders.

As soon as you have completed your order you will receive an immediate order confirmation email - this is so that you can review the submitted information for errors, it will alos note your unique order ref number.  You will also receive a email notice from Protx to inform you of your sucessful Credit Card transaction.
These emails are automatic and should come through within a few minutes. If you do not receive both of these emails then please telephone our Customer services on 0845 004 7355 so that we can check the status of your order.
  
Phone Orders. 
If you prefer, we also accept phone orders. Call 0845 004 7355 place order. Our phone lines are manned Mon -Fri  9.30am to 5pm. Please have your credit card information handy.
 
Orders By Mail.
Include your  delivery address and a complete description of the items you prefer. Be sure to include a phone number in case we may need to get in touch with you. Post  your cheque or postal order to

Methods of payment

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro. Also, we accept personal cheques and postal orders. However, please note that orders paid by business or personal cheque may be held until funds clear your bank.
